MEET LINDA

Linda Beymer, MSN, RN

Founder of Desert Derma MedSpa

As a young nurse from Des Moines, Iowa, I had a strong passion for working with cardiovascular patients in the Cardiac Cath Lab. My desire was to fix hearts and empower patients to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Years later, I moved to Phoenix and found myself drawn toward clinical research. I dedicated countless hours to this field and honed my skills, but I never lost sight of my true passion – helping people achieve optimal health and wellness.

That’s when I discovered aesthetics, which brings together my love for procedural nursing and clinical research. I firmly believe that by providing aesthetic procedures, I can empower both women and men of all ages to achieve their aesthetic goals and boost their confidence.

I know it’s never too late to strive for beautiful skin and a youthful appearance, and I’m honored to be a part of my patient’s journey toward looking and feeling their best. With my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Arizona State University (ASU), I have the knowledge and expertise to provide top-notch care to all of my patients.

MEET ROGER

Roger Schmid M.D

Medical Director

Roger Schmid M.D. moved to Arizona after a successful career as a hospital based Infectious Disease Consultant in Connecticut, and became the first I.D. physician to open up practice in Sun City, Arizona. His practice grew into a large group of I.D physicians, who practice independently, yet collaboratively. He and Linda met 25 years ago, and married 7 years later.

When Linda opened up Desert Derma MedSpa, Roger jumped in to provide medical support, obtained certification in Lasers and other aesthetic interventions, and was able to develop the medically directed Semaglutide weight loss program.

Roger obtained his M.D. degree at the University of Minnesota, and his Infectious Disease training is from the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
